The official NobelPrize.org web page that makes it clear the 2007 Peace Prize was awarded jointly to an organization (the IPCC) and to a single individual (Al Gore) is here

An example of the IPCC-manufactured certificate that was distributed to IPCC personnel may be seen here. The top half contains a reproduction of the Nobel diploma awarded to the IPCC as a whole. The bottom half is signed by the chairman of the IPCC and another IPCC official.
